Salman to get into ‘Dhoom’ style action for ‘Kick’

It is a known fact by now that Salman Khan’s ‘Kick’ would be shot in five top cities of the world. However producer Sajid Nadiadwala insists that the reason behind shooting ‘Kick’ at foreign locations is not just to bring a scenic value to the film but because it is pretty much the demand of the narrative.

Says Sajid, “‘Kick’ is a big action entertainer and all effort would be put together to give it a huge visual appeal. In fact we have even hired Philippe Guégan as the action director who has been responsible for stunts in films like ‘Rush Hour’, ‘The Transporter’, ‘Taxi’, ‘Hitman’ etc.”

Though Sajid is not saying it aloud, a source attached to the film informs that all effort is being made to make ‘Kick’ one of the best action thrillers ever made, something on the lines of ‘Dhoom’ series.

“‘Kick’ is going to be very high on action. It has a background similar to that of ‘Dhoom’ which requires the kind of background that enhances adrenalin pumping sequences”, the source says, “It was imperative that some cutting edge backdrop aids those numerous bike and car chases that form a major part of ‘Kick’.”

One hopes that turns out to be a good enough reason for Salman to get a ‘kick’
